Directions:  
Mix all spices into a dry rub. Put chicken in a plastic bag with the rub, then add a small amount of olive oil or beer, just enough to get the rub to cover the chicken. Let sit for 15 minutes.

Cut your peppers and onions into thin strips, then coat with remaining rub and toss in a skillet with a small amount of olive oil; sautee until done, peppers should be crispy.
