Directions:  
In a mixing bowl, beat cake mix with cocoa, eggs, oil, butter milk, and food coloring for 2 minutes. Spoon batter into 24 lined muffin cups. Fill each cup 2/3 full. Bake according to package directions. Cool on wire racks. Allow to cool. Top each cake with frosting.
