Carolyn's Vegan Pizza (No Cheese)

2  cups		bread flour
1  cup		whole wheat flour
15  grams		yeast
1  tablespoon		maple syrup
3  tablespoons		virgin olive oil
1/2  teaspoon		salt
40  slices		Vegan Pepperoni
2/3  cup		Zucchini (sliced)
1  lb.		Asparagus (chopped)
1  cup		Kalamata Olives
1  cup		Tomato Sauce
1  teaspoon		Garlic powder
1  tablespoon		Italian Seasoning Herbs

Follow breadmaker directions to add bread dough ingredients to breadmaker and then make the dough (45 minutes)

Set the oven on 350 degrees and put the pizza stone in the oven to heat.

While the dough is being made chop the vegetables, lightly sautee them, and ready the other ingredients.

Once the dough is ready flatten it onto the hot pizza stone. Top with tomato sauce, sprinkle the garlic powder and Italian seasonings on it. Add the pepperoni and vegetables.

Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown
