Directions:  
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add onions and garlic; cook for 3 minutes. Add chicken; cook 3 minutes. Stir in chili powder, cumin, cayenne, black pepper, oregano, and salt. Add jalapenos, tomatoes with juice, and broth. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes. Remove cover and stir in beans. Simmer for 15 more minutes.
