Directions:  
Preheat oven to 325F (165C).
Cream the sweetener and margarine until light and fluffy.
Add the egg replacer, water, vanilla and apple sauce. Beat the mixture until light and smooth.
Gradually add the egg replacer & Kingsmill Gluten Free Cake & Cookie Mix and blend until it forms a smooth dough.
Roll dough into balls (25g dough per cookie) and flatten. Place on cookie sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 12 minutes. Cool on rack.
