Directions:  
Cut peach in half and remove seed. Prick peaches all over with a fork and set them close together in a baking dish.
Dot center with butter, sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, and add just enough water to cover the bottom of the dish.
Bake until soft. (or microwave)
