Directions:

Sautee chopped onion in olive oil until golden.

Add mushrooms and sautee until the mushrooms give up their water.

Blend refried beans, miso, water, garlic with some of the water.

Pour liquid over mushrooms and onions. Add remaining water and Italian herbs.

Cook for 20 minutes or until hot and bubbling and then add cup of red wine.

Cook for another 10 minutes to cook off the alcohol in the wine.
