Directions:  
mix flour and powdered sugar
melt butter let cool
mix powdered milk according to directions with water
mix eggs
add eggs and milk together heat slightly to room temperature
mix eggs milk and butter together with flour and powdered sugar
add in vanilla
cook in small rounded skillet placing approx 1/3 c in pan to just cover bottom,
cook til lightly browned , flip cook til lightly brown
serve as cooked
