Directions:  
In a large saucepan, cook onion and pepper in olive oil until tender but not brown. Stir in chicken broth and Potato. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in corn cook uncovered 10 min. Stir occasionally. In a small bown, combine milk , flour, salt and pepper. Stir into corn mixture. Stir and cook until thick and bubbly one minute more. Add bacon. Cook until heated through. Serve.
