Directions:  
Remove skins from pumkin, sweetpotato.
Chop into chunks and spray with oil'
Sprinkle with paprika and chilli flakes.
Bake in moderate oven for aprox 30 - 40 mins.
Peel and chop onion and crush garlic (add more garlic if you like)
Add onion, garlic, chicken stock, cooked pumkin and sweet potato.
Bring to boil and simmer for 30 min.
Cool slightly and blend.
Add sour cream and serve.
Garnish with ground pepper and or spring onions.
