Directions:  
Cut green pepper in strips and slice onion in rounds
add to heated skillet and saute on medium heat until pepper is soft and onion is translucent.
set aside
add tortilla to heated skillet
layer on chicken peppers and onion and cheese
top with remaining tortilla
when brown on one side turn carefully to brown on other side.
