Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. You will need a mini-muffin pan for this recipe. (mini-muffin pans use candy papers and will hold 24 at a time).

Crush graham crackers (32 pieces/ 8 full sheets). Place 3/4 tsp in each candy paper.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla until smooth and light.
Add about 1 1/2 tsp to each paper on top of Graham crackers.
Bake for about 15 minutes.
Let cool.
After cooled top with a fresh raspberry on each one.
Refrigerate.
