Directions:  
Saute chopped onion, diced celery, diced bell pepper, chopped garlic cloves, 1/4 t. oregano, 1/4 t. basil, 1/2 t. thyme, 1 bay leaf and sliced mushrooms in 3 T. Butter until soft. Add red wine, chicken broth, juice from clams and canned tomatoes (coarsly cut up) with juice. Simmer covered for 40 minutes. Shell shrimp; clean and soak mussels for 5 minutes in cold water; clean and shell crab, leaving the legs intact but cracked; cut mahi mahi into 1 inch cubes. Add all fish to the simmering sauce and continue simmering for approx 10 minutes.
