Directions:  
Lightly mist a 31/2 diameter ramekin or microwave safe bowl with oil spray. put egg white in bowl.

Then assemble sandwhich place bacon , egg then cheese on bottom half of muffin and top with top part of muffin. then wrap in wax papper and microwave for 15 seconds to melt cheese.
