Directions:  
slice apples thin
combine frozen apple juice, flour, butter, cinnamon & nutmeg. Mix in with sliced apples.
Put one pie crust in bottom of 9 inch pie dish - glass is best.
Add apples and sauce to pie dish. Dot with the 3 Tbsp of butter. Put second crust on top. Seal edges with fork of pinch with thumbs. Cut for slices in top of pie.
Bake at 425 for 40 - 50 minutes.
