combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl;set aside. Combine chicken, ( chop the green olives) and the next 5 ingredients . ( through chickpeas) in a large bowl.
2.) Add yogurt mixture to chicken mixture, Toss to coat gently.. Line each pita half with 1/2 of baby spinach, 2 tomato slices, and 1/2 cup of mixture... Just yummy...
