Ingredients:  Makes 30 servings (30 each)

Directions:  
In bowl cream butter, sugar substitute and salt with mixer.
Add the egg substitute and vanilla and mix well.
Stir in the flour and blend well to incorporate all ingredients.
Divide cookie dough into 2 logs about 7 inches long each.
Wrap logs with plastic wrap and chill for at least 3 hours. (can be frozen at this point if desired for future baking)
Unwrap logs and slice cookies about 1/4 inch each.
Cook on parchment lined baking sheets at 350 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes or until edges are golden.
Let cool and then store in airtight containers.
USE GOOD VANILLA EXTRACT AND NOT IMITATION.
Makes about 30 cookies
