Clean and trim chicken breast. Pan fry in a non-stick skillet to brown outside surface of chicken.

Transfer breast to shallow baking dish and top with one tablespoon of salsa and 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese.

Bake for 15 to 18 minutes or until done. Serve hot.
