Combine soy sauce, garlic and grated ginger in a small bowl and set aside.

Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.

Add salmon and top with half the mixture. Cook about 5 minutes or until browned on one side.

Turn fillet over and top with remaining oil and cook another 4 to 5 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.

Serve with lime wedge.
