Description: Marinated orange roughy fillet, marinated, grilled, and topped with toasted sesame seeds.

Wash and trim fillets. Place in shallow baking dish.

In a blender container, combine water, minced ginger, soy sauce, lemon juice, red pepper and minced garlic. Blend until smooth.

Pour mixture over fish and marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.

Remove fish from marinade and discard marinade.

Place fillets on broiler rack and sprinkle with sesame seeds, pressing seeds firmly so they adhere to fillets.

Broil 4 inches from the heat for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes. Sprinkle with paprika.
