Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter in baking pan. Place fish in pan and turn immediately to coat both sides. Top with tomatoes and sprinkle with seasonings. Mix wine and lemon juice and drizzle over fish. Cover with foil. Bake 15-20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
