Saute onion and garlic in olive oil

Bring broth to a boil and add carrots and broccoli. Add seasoning. Cook until almost tender. (may wish to let carrots cook a little prior to adding broccoli)

Add tortellini. May need to add water, depending on how much liquid you prefer. Once tortellinis float, cook an additional 4 min.

Add spinach.

May top with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
