Directions:  
NOTE: you may use whatever cheese you want and you may substitute evoo for butter

1.:. heat your pan up with some butter or vegetable oil

2.:. lay your first tortilla down in pan, let it heat up

3.:. layer your tortilla with the shredded cheese of your choice

4.:. lay the second tortilla on top

5.:. when the bottom of the first tortilla become golden brown, flip over

6.:. when the bottom of the second tortilla becomes golden brown and cheese is melted inside, it is finished
