Directions:  
grind flaxseeds. Measure milk in a cup. Add oats, 1 cup water into a bowl and microwave for 4.1 min. let stand 1 minute. remove from microwave; stir milk in, add grinded flax seeds and vanilla whey. stir until they are incorporated in the mixture. add blueberries
