Ingredients:  Makes 6 servings (4-1/2 cups)

Directions:  
1.) Combine all the ingredients except meat & oil in a medium saucepan non aluminum. Add meat to sauce pan and marinate for 30 minutes.
2.) Simmer, covered, fr 1 hour or until the meat is tender. Remove th emeat and reserve the sauce.
3.) Heat the oil in a skillet and brown the meat on all sides. Drain off the excessive oil. Add the reserve sauce to the meat and heat a few more minutes, strring and scraping the sides of the skillet.
4.) Serve with rice
