Let fruit thaw in fridg.

mix together orange juice, rind and sugar, stirring until surgar is disolved. Add the fruit to the syrup and heat through.

Lightly grease small casserole dish. Place fruit in the bottom of casserole dish. Pour all the accumulated juice over the fruit.

Mix together flour & baking powder. Cut in butter with pastry blender. Add milk a bit at a time until the dough holds in a ball. On a lightly floured surface, gently pat the dough to form a circle the size of the casserole dish. Do not overwork! Place dough on top of fruit and poke several times with a fork. Bake at 450 degrees for 20 minutes, or until the crust is done.
