Saute chopped onions and peppers in a non-stick skillet.

Add vegetarian ground beef. Saute until heated through.

Combine cooked potatoes with milk and margarine. Mash with potato masher to make mashed potatoes.

In baking dish, layer ground beef mixture on bottom of pan, drained corn, mashed potatoes and top with shredded cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until heated through and cheese is melted.
