Directions:  
Grease and flour bundt or springform pan. Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs, one at a time. Mix flour, baking soda and baking powder in a separate bowl. Add to cream mixture. Alternate with sour cream. Pour half of batter in pan. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and 1 tbsp flour in small bowl. Sprinkle in a ring on top of batter in pan. add rest of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes.
