Directions:

Melt butter over medium heat in a medium saucepan.

Add orzo and toast until brown, stir constantly.

Add rice, salt, and water and bring to a boil.
4)Cover and cook over medium for 8
minutes.

Reduce heat to med-low and cook for another 8 minutes.

Turn heat off and leave covered for 15 minutes.

Remove cover and fluff with fork. Serve.
