Directions:

Coat skillet with FF spray and saute Garlic and Onion for 5 minutes

Add Tomates and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes

Add Zucchini, Broth, Jalapeno and mushrooms and continue to cook over medium heat for 3 minutes.

Add Chicken and spices and blend well. Continue to cook until heated through and zucchini is soft.

Pour into a shallow casserole dish and top with cheese.

Place under broiler until cheese has melted. (1-2 minutes)
