Place water and OJ in bottom of broiler pan

Cut slab in half

Coat both 1/2 slabs with 2 Tbs BBQ sauce

Place Ribs on top rack of broiler pan and cover with tin foil

Bake Ribs at low heat (250-275) for 2 - 2 1/2 hours

Remove from oven and grill on BBQ additional 10 minutes, coating with remaining BBQ sauce during grilling
