Directions:  
1.) put ham on griddle
2.) put butter on each slice of bread
3.) place both slices of bread - buttered side down
4.) place a slice of cheese - offset from center - on each slice of bread (so when you put them together there is cheese on all parts of bread - both sides
5.) turn ham slice over
6.) put ham on either slice of bread
7.) put other bread on top
flip a few times to make sure all is brown and melted to your liking :)
