Preparation:
Cook and chop bacon.

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Lightly grease a small individual tart plate. Toss together bacon, cheese, onion, and flour. Spread on the bottom of the tart plate. In a bowl, beat egg with milk salt and pepper, and pour over mixture in tart plate.

Bake uncovered for 20-30 minutes, or until cooked through. Let quiche stand for 7-10 minutes before serving.bvg
