Directions:  
Heat oil in a large saucepan. Add onion, garlic and pepper and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add spices and cook for one minute. Add chickpeas and tomatoes and simmer on low for 10 minutes. Before serving, add lemon juice, and salt and pepper to taste.
