Directions:  
Saute onion and garlic in olive oil. Add peppers, okra, and sliced tempeh, and cook until vegetables are tender. Add alls spices, tomato paste and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer. Mix in cooked rice until throroughly blended with vegetable mixture and served while hot.
