Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

Line 9x13 pan with aluminum foil.

Spray foil with 5 Sprays of cooking spray.

Cut potatoes into medium size chunks and place in sprayed pan (on foil).

Spray potato chunks with cooking spray, approx. 10 sprays (enough to evenly coat the chunks). Be sure to rotate the chunks so that they are evenly covered.

Sprinkle potato chunks with cumin and five-spice powder, as evenly as possible.

Bake for 45 minutes then toss/turn chunks to ensure even cooking. Return to oven and cook for another 25 minutes.
