Directions:  
In a large saucepan, simmer one can Coconut Milk with 1 Tbsp. Green Curry Paste over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add two chicken breasts cut into bite-sized chunks, 2 Tbsp. Fish Sauce, 2 Tbsp. brown suger, 1/4 cup bamboo shoots, 12 oz. frozen Broccoli, and 1/3 cup chicken broth. Simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Garnish with fresh basil and service hot.
