Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add chicken breast; cook 5 minutes per side or until done. Slice chicken and toss with a tablespoon of bbq sauce.

Place crust on a pizza pan or baking sheet. Spread remaining bbq over crust. Top with cheeses. Add chicken and onion.

Bake until cheese has melted and crust is golden brown; about 15 minutes. Sprinkle with black pepper and cilantro. Slice and serve.
