Slice chicken into thin strips. Thinkly slice the pepper and onion.

Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add peppers and onion and cook about 4 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is thoroughly cooked, stirring occasionally.

Add water, grated zucchini and Lipton Chicken Broccoli Rice Sides to same skillet and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 12 minutes or until rice is tender.

To serve, arrange rice on platter and tops with chicken and vegetable mixture.
