Directions:  
Preheat oven to 350, grease pan
cream fructose and butter, add 1/2 cup plus 2 T. apple juice concentrate, then flour, germ, and vanilla. Form a dough, divide into halves, and chill 1 hour.
Combine figs and remaining juice in a saucepan and simmer until mushy, stir in almond butter. Roll out one rectangle of dough, spread with figs, and cover with second layer of dough. Bake 15-30 minutes, cut into 36 pieces while still warm.
