Clean chicken in water and vinegar; Drain

Slice chicken into chunks

Put chicken into a bowl and add all seasonings except soya sauce and chicken broth.

Fill a medium sized pot halfway with water and add soya sauce and condensed chicken broth

Add chicken and turn stove on to medium

Let water boil and leave on for about 12 mins or until completely cooked.

Drain water and separate into 6 servings.
