Description: Sauteed in Italian dressing-freeze individually, put in freezer container and use on salad or as extra protein. Adjust recipe if using fat free dressing to reduce fat grams.

Directions:  
Cut into pieces and pour dressing onto them. Stir to mix. Saute in frying pan, turning to brown until done. Let cool in refrigerator. Place on small cookie sheet or pan in single layer and put in freezer. Take out and put frozen pieces in freezer bag and return to freezer. Take out what you need and let thaw in fridge for a couple of hours. Use on salad or for extra protein as needed.
