Directions:  
Dice mushrooms, onions, green pepper and sausage. In small bowl mix 3 eggs with pinch of milk..Spray pan w/ vegetable oil and pour eggs in pan. Add green peppers, onion, mushrooms, sausage and cheese to omelette. Add seasonings. Wait until the eggs starts to cook (about 4 mins) and then flip the other half over the side with the vegetables, sausage and cheese. cook for about 1 more minute. Enjoy!
