Directions:  
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F. Arrange bread on flat baking sheet that you have sprayed with cooking spray. Brush bread tops with olive oil. Toast in overn for 5-7 minutes till crisp. Remove and place a slice of tomato on the top with cheese mixture spinkled over. Return to overn for till bubbly. Makes 6 servings.
