Directions:  
Put vegetable stock, sea salt and black pepper in pan and bring to boil.

Add the grain to the boiling water. Turn down to low heat, cover, and cook for 12 minutes or until all the water is absorbed. Remove from heat, leave covered and let it rest for 5 minutes. fluff with a fork.
You can eat it like this or use it in savory recipes. For sweet recipes, use plain water instead of vegetable broth and skip the black pepper.
ºQuinoa is coated with saponin, a bitter naturally occuring substance. It has been processed to remove this but this grain tastes much better if you wash it remove any residual saponin.
