Directions:  
Partially cook the bacon
Sautee the onions in the Bacon Grease
In a small bowl - beat the 3 eggs
Add the bacon and onion to the beaten eggs and mix well
Pour into preheated, greased frying pan
cook on medium heat - turn over
place cheese on 1/2 the omelette then fold in half
Allow cheese to melt then serve.
