Description: A smoothie like drink, just more liquidy. It has strawberries, bananas, and blueberries as the furits, with chocolate soy milk and GREEK yogurt.
Ingredients:  Makes 2 servings (2 cups)

Directions:
1
Gather the ingredients.
2
Skin all of the strawberries, so you only have the insides of each.
3
Slices the banana into about 10 slices. Should equal about a cup.
4
Gather the sliced bananas, skinned strawberries, frozen blueberries, chocolate soy milk, and GREEK yogurt.
5
Toss the ingredients into a blender.
6
Turn the blender on chop. Wait until the ingredients look pretty good. Then go down the list of buttons on the blender, and click each and every one (my blender has chop, grate, blend, mix, liquify, pulse).
7
Do this again.
8
And again.
9
Pour the milk shake into a cup.
10
Serve.

Note: My blender isn't very good, and doesn't chop the blueberries very well. There are always pieces left in the shake. If you have a more expensive blender, you could probably get by with clicking all of the buttons once.

Note (again): I have yet to try it, but the next time I do, I will add spinach. For some leafy greens, this is a good add. I have been told by many people that you cannot taste it, so for picky eaters, this would be a good idea.
