Directions:  
Place the Tortilla on a cutting board. Spread the scream cheese evenly ober three-quarters of the toritilla surface to the edges. Lay the turkey slices evenly over the cheese. Starting at the filled end, roll the tortialla tightly into a tube. With a sharp knoife, slice into 8 equal pieces. Arrant, sprial side up, on a serving dish. Serve immediatley.
