Description: Sauerkraut and country pork ribs done in the crock-pot. Rinsing sauerkraut and squeezing out water several times reduces the sodium content significantly. I use one (1) 32-oz. jar of Silver Floss Barrel Cured.
Ingredients:  Makes 8 servings (8 each)

Rinse sauerkraut several times in cold water in colander and squeeze out excess water. Place in the bottom of a crock-pot or slow cooker.

Remove most of visible fat from meat and brown lightly on all sides in large pot on stove. Drain off fat and place pork on top of sauerkraut in crock-pot, and nestle it down in the kraut.

Pour gravy over the top.

Cover and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours.
