Preheat the oven to 250 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, stir together oats, almonds, sunflower seeds, and flax seeds

In a separate small bowl, mix together the honey, brown sugar, olive oil, and salt.

Add the honey mixture to the oat mixture one large spoonful at a time, stirring to lightly and evenly cover the oats.

Spread the granola over two baking sheets (this works best if you have deep baking sheets) and place in the over.

Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

Upon removing from the oven, immediately transfer the granola to a large bowl. Stir in cranberries.
Store the granola in an airtight bag or container.
